Mother in Deed – You Are..

Working tirelessly regardless of how unappreciated you may feel at times, even when you are taken for granted… You continue to exhibits behaviour that is of peace and harmony during times of conflicts in the home.

When the man is away with his friends or spending time on his own – doing what he does best… (Respect to the man who assists in the home and supports his family in his own way; by cooking, cleaning, looking after the kids, supporting spouse to achieve her goal/s – we applaud you)… but not you mother, you are different.  You are always the one making the sacrifices like, not buying that dress you so badly need, that career you have given up to look after your family full time or that holiday you so longed for just to get a break…and much more…!!

Nobody has seen the many silent tears you have shed in times of fear, but the Master above, He looks down with love, and with a sympathetic smile He says.” Never mind my child, I am always here”.

Mother Indeed

That is why you are saluted as a – ‘Mother Indeed’.

Mothers are heroines in their own rights. ‘Mother Indeed’, you are irreplaceable… even when your child/children breaks your heart, you are still there when they need help… Can a mother’s tender love cease from the child she bares?

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb…? Isaiah 49 v 10 KJV

There are biological mothers, adopted mothers, carer mothers, spiritual mothers (senior women in the Church of God).

She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. Proverbs 31v26 KJV

All play a very important role to be a ‘Mother Indeed’, even though you may feel neglected, walked over, ‘like you are not doing your best’. As a Mom, Wife, Carer it does not mean you have to put up with all the doctrine meted out to you by your partners, children, or members of your family/community,  about decisions that make you feel unhappy or uncomfortable. Be courageous in what you believe in, you are a ‘Mother Indeed’ soldier; fighting the battle for the preservation and healthy development of the family, so stand-up and be dignified, don’t just accept ‘any old thing’. Have your say and remove yourself from fear and doubts, be bold even when you are shaking in your boots!!

Be comforted, this is not the end, there is a new day dawning for you. Your next tears will be   tears of joy. To let this happen, keep on trusting in the Lord, believe in yourself, and let no one take your self-will or your self-confidence away from you.  Take charge of your life until you feel motivated, energised and empowered – Spiritually, Mentally and Physically.

Tears are a Language God Understands:

This song is very comforting for those who feel their “burdens seem to be much more than they can stand. “ Reach out and send this song to someone who needs to be comforted (see lyrics below):

Tears are a Language God Understands

Often you wonder why tears come into your eyes
And burdens seem to be much more than you can stand
But God is standing near, He sees your falling tears
Tears are a language God understands.

God sees the tears of a brokenhearted soul
He sees your tears and hears them when they fall
God weeps along with man and takes him by the hand
Tears are a language God understands.

When grief has left you low it causes tears to flow
And things have not turned out the way that you had planned
But God won’t forget you His promises are true
Tears are a language God understands.

God sees the tears of a brokenhearted soul
He sees your tears and hears them when they fall
God weeps along with man and takes him by the hand
Tears are a language God understands.

Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book? Psalm 56: 8 KJV

Be Blessed
