Tis the Season

Yesterday during my journey on the bus, the driver belted out over his microphone – ‘Merry Christmas and happy New Year’ in his salutations to the passengers!!
That changed the atmosphere to laughter and smiles all around on that bus including myself.

Some people take this season in a positive way and use it as an advantage to reach others- this was quite an amazing experience.
Most people acknowledges the season to be jolly directly or indirectly,
It’s during this season even the grumpy ones have a smile on their faces.
Most people who are non Christians, go shopping especially for this season. They make special meals and different preparation, they sing carols about this Jesus, whom some never acknowledge much less to call His name until this season …

10 …..at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11 ……every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,…… (Philippians 2:10-11 KJV)

Life a Blessing

The gift of life should not be taken for granted. I woke up today – I am breathing, then I realise how bless I am, that I am still in the land of the living.
Despite the challenges of life during this year, like somethings I may have been longing  for, seem far out of my reach … I’m still grateful for the hope that they will come, in due time – it could have been worse!
It is indeed a blessing and favour from God to see today.

Let us take life as a precious jewel, one that cannot be bought. It is so precious we ought to take good care of ourselves. We should live a life of worth – endeavouring not to abuse our body, it’s the only one, when it’s done, there’s no more in this present life. Treat it kindly by presenting your body as reasonable sacrifice and service to God.
Eat right, live right, by doing positive things, guard your mind with positive thinking. Do the things that are just and right in the eyes of God and man.

…..whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue…..Think on these things (Philippians 4:8 KJV).

God Rules -The Bigger Boss

When a nation or people forget God, then He will send reminders to let mankind know that He rules. There’s no bigger boss than Him.
He will cause a nation/s to be in disarray, among other things.
Leaders have become confused because they just don’t have the answers. No amount of status of this life or money, can possibly fix these crisis. It takes a good leader to acknowledge their mistakes and failures.
Politicians or any leaders for that matter are prone to failure. Let’s face it, they are human, it’s in our genes to fail- It is only God who has the ultimate power not to fail. He has never failed me/us.
God doesn’t ask much of us, whether we’re believers or non Believers.
All He ask mankind to do, is to obey His words and follow His instructions as set out in the Bible.
There is no point we get upset over  bad results, it doesn’t make you or I feel better, if anything just worse…
Did anyone notice the stillness in the air, a feeling of numbness the day the results came out when Trump won?
Can you try and have a vision what it would be, if the world came to the close??
Ponder on these things, we are not far from the finish line, the end of the age!!
