Dear Lord
I come to you today giving you thanks for your merited favour of love towards me, church family, immediate and extended family members/ relatives , our friends, our Community, our nation, leaders, even our enemies Dear God.
Lord I realise that as a person/ people, we fail each other sometimes. Lord! How we fail you so often, that if it hadn’t been for your grace and mercy, then Lord we would not be standing.
I pray today that you give us grace to be patient with one another. Despite our flaws, you continue to be gracious and kind to us Lord.
We may not see you in our circumstances, but God please help us to realise you are with us.
As we are about to enter in a new month, Father please help us through your son Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost to be Christ like; bearing the fruit of forgiveness, love, patience, forbearance – putting away ‘always’ the seeds of unrighteousness.
Give us a true heart of love without measure, even when we’re being tested.Thank you Lord.
